The Dvorana administration centre in Prague's 9th district of Vysočany was finished in January 1999. It is situated at OSN Square close to the Vysočanská underground station. It is a building of seven above ground and two underground floors. The tenants make use of 2.234 m2 of rentable floor area and 28 underground parking spots. The architectural theme represents a unique combination of an older style of the neighbouring tenement buildings with a modern design of an administration building of the new millennium. A particular advantage of Dvorana is its excellent access by car from all major directions (Hradec Králové, Brno and Pilzen) using the completed sections of the outer Prague ring road.
