The Dvorana administration centre in Prague's 9th district of Vysočany was finished in January 1999. It is situated at OSN Square close to the Vysočanská underground station. It is a building of seven above ground and two underground floors. The tenants make use of 2.234 m2 of rentable floor area and 28 underground parking spots. The architectural theme represents a unique combination of an older style of the neighbouring tenement buildings with a modern design of an administration building of the new millennium. A particular advantage of Dvorana is its excellent access by car from all major directions (Hradec Králové, Brno and Pilzen) using the completed sections of the outer Prague ring road.
The main tenant of this building is Shell Czech Republic, occupying some 87% of the rentable area. Česká spořitelna has the ground floor space as a branch office. In a increasingly competitive office market in Prague, Dvorana has acheived the perfect attainment of 100 % occupancy and the satisfaction of the tenants.
