This building represents the first phase of the administration and housing centre. Construction was finished in June 1998. The building has seven ground and two underground floors with 12,800 m2 of rentable area arranged on large office floorplates and 206 parking places. Optimal comfort is secured by a high quality standard of construction and fullly specified air-conditioning. The architectural design employs a striking design of curtain walling made of high-quality grey/green granite combined with green and clear glass. The internal circulation space is made of a classical combination of stone, wood and metal. The whole building promotes the features incorporated by Jan Aulík whose reputation ensures high utility and aesthetic standards. In November 1999 Building C of BB Centrum was awarded first prize in the development contest the "Best of Realty" in the category of all administration buildings constructed in Prague between 1989 and 1998.
